"Je hebt mij precies vast weten te leggen wie ik ben, dat vind ik enorm waardevol. Als er iemand is die dat kan, dan ben jij dat. Aangezien ik normaal als fotograaf achter de camera sta, was het nu een beetje uit mijn comfortzone om zelf gefotografeerd te worden. Eigenlijk was dit gevoel na de eerste sluiterklik al weg, want ik voelde mij enorm op mijn gemak bij jou. De combinatie van het enthousiasme en rust die je uitstraalt tijdens de shoot heeft hier sterk in bijgedragen! Je gaf mij de ruimte om daar gewoon te 'staan' hoe ik ben, want poseren wil ik het niet noemen. Zo natuurlijk en puur."
